Tanjung Ratna Sdn Bhd (TRSB) was incorporated in 2000, embarking on a journey in property development and construction, with a focus on diverse projects ranging from commercial properties to government housing and renovation works. Starting as a Grade G7 contractor, TRSB is evolving into a leading name in the property development sector.

Over the years, TRSB has been pivotal in projects like Cowboy Town, Safari Wonderland’s 4-D Theatre & Theme Park, and Villa D’Savoy Condopark. A notable achievement includes being the Main Contractor for Freeport A’Famosa Outlet, featuring an architectural tribute to Melaka’s Dutch heritage, completed in September 2015.

Furthermore, TRSB constructed the Park Royal A’Famosa Hotel and played a significant role in the PR1MA@A’Famosa residential project in Alor Gajah, Melaka. Their growth strategy includes forming strategic partnerships, like the recent one with Triomedia Sdn Bhd for the development of the innovative Admiral Condominium in Kota Laksamana, Melaka.
